Homemade happiness that you can eat.
When I was a kid back in Iran, my mom used to make cookies and cakes. My home was always filled with the delicious smells of baked goods, particularly during eid nowruz. I loved watching her bake, and this passion got me in the kitchen too. As I got older, I started making simple desserts and cupcakes for friends, family and any visitors we had to our home. With experience, I started expanding my repertoire, which only served to fuel my passion!
I joined forces with one of my friends (who also loved to bake) and we decided to start a bakery. Working out of a small kitchen after hours and on the weekends, we started with our most popular bakes: cream cheese brownies, red velvet cake and cookies. We typically sold out within hours and couldn't keep up with the demand.
After I moved to Canada, I stopped baking because I had to pay the bills...but I'm finally back in the kitchen where I belong.
I'm ready to return to doing what I love most: BAKING. It's an expression of my happiness that I can give to you, in edible form.
What are you in the mood for?
